Do all Moonbounces need
to be inspected?
|
|
If you are having a Festival, Carnival or you are a School, all
moonbounces have to be inspected once a year. There will be a red inspection tag on the bounce for 2009. This shows that the
equipment is safe and has been inspected! If this is not
completed a fine may be imposed on the on the Company and renter as well as the company will be given a Ceast and Disist Order. |

Are moonbounce
companies required to have a license in the state the rental
equipment is set up?

Yes, you have to have a license. Also within city limits you
have to have a license and pay taxes.

Does the Company you are renting from have insurance? |
|
You are required to have insurance in the state of WV and they MUST
carry 1 million in Liability insurance.
|
|
4. |
Do you have to
obtain a permit to set up in Parks? |
|
It depends on the Park. You should always check w/ the Parks
and Rec for that County to make sure.. Some parks make you obtain a
permit each time you set up a bounce.. For example, Clearbrook
Park, VA makes you obtain a permit each time and the cost is
$35.00.

Does your company let a customer pick up equipment
and drop off? |
|
No, we set up and take down ALL equipment. The reason for
this, is to be sure that all equipment is Safe, In Working
Order
and Clean. We want our equipment to last for years. |
